Q. What Shipping methods does
Playful Plush Toys.com offer?

Plush Toys.com offers Standard and Expedited shipping options
with delivery confirmation. International
Orders are sent via USPS Air Service.
Q. How much
is Shipping and Handling?
A. We charge a flat rate based on
the total of the order. All of our shipping rates can be viewed on our website by clicking here.
Q. How long
does Playful Plush Toys.com take to ship my order?
A. We ship daily from our warehouse via USPS. If your order arrives
early enough prior to the shipment for the day going out,
we will do our best to get it out the same day. In the event
that can not go out that day, we will have it sent in the
very next shipment. Rush Handling is available for only $3.50 additional which will help to ensure that your package goes out the same day- even on weekends.
Normal Delivery time is 3-5 business days from the time
the order is placed (Often times much sooner). Holidays
can delay delivery by a few days as well but we will make
every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Q. Does Playful
Plush Toys ship outside the United States?
A. Yes! We have regular customers
from all over the world including the U.K., Australia, Canada,
and Western Europe.
Order Status and Tracking Questions
Q. I placed an
order online, how do I know it went through correctly?
A. Playful Plush Toys.com has a system
in place to immediately notify our customers and warehouse
staff that we have received your order. This notification
is sent to you via email shortly after you have completed
your purchase. If you do not receive an email within minutes
after placing your order, please contact us at (800) 255-9164 so that we can
confirm that received it correctly.
Q. Can I track
my order?
A. Yes! Upon shipping your order, we will send you a link to USPS.com to track your
specific package. Once you receive the email from us, visit www.usps.com where you can quickly and easily track your package.

Q. Does Playful
Plush Toys.com have an affiliate program?
A. If you own or operate a website that you feel would compliment ours, feel free to sign up as a Playful Plush Toys.com affiliate and earn a 10% commission on all sales generated from your unique link. Our program is run thru the ShareaSale network and we offer an extensive selection of tools that affiliates can utilize to promote our products such as banners, a datafeed, a template site, and a product page maker. Q. Is there
a discount if I order a large quantity of items?
A. For large orders of a single item
or single type of item ( Ex: Webkinz ) please
email us and we will work with you, if possible, to bring
the price down.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any items should be sent back to us in original packaging and in unused condition which includes any hang tags and/or unopened plastic bags. As long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within this time period then a credit for the cost of the item will be issued back to your credit card or if you prefer, attached to your Playful Plush account as a Store Credit for future use. If choosing the Store Credit, please be aware that it never expires and it can be used to help cover any cost of future orders (Shipping, Item Cost, etc.) Any unused portion will be then automatically left on your account until you choose to use it. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning any and all items. Shipping costs for your original purchase will not be credited.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order it must be within 24 hours of originally placing your order.
Any orders placed after the 24 period has elapsed will have already been sent for fulfillment and will not be able to be altered. We will always work hard to help if possible.
Q. Will you issue me a credit back to my credit card?
A. We issue a full credit back to your credit card if so desired. A store credit is also an option available to you.
